Step 1: You Hire Us
You sign a simple listing management agreement with us. This authorizes us to build and run your Airbnb account through “Co-Host” status.
Step 2: Build your Listing
We work with you to build the perfect Airbnb listing. One that will convince renters to pick your property over all others.
Step 3: Listing Launch
We create and execute an official launch of your listing. Our strategy makes our listings jump up Airbnb search quickly. Higher search equals more bookings.
Step 4: Pricing Strategy
Our agents create and maintain a pricing strategy for your listing using data we have accumulated over the years. This means more money in your pocket.
Step 5: Guest Communication
Our Team handles all guest communication leading up to a renter’s stay. From the original inquiry to sending check in instructions and guest book.
Step 6: Payment
Since your listing will be hosted in your account, you will be paid by Airbnb after each booking. We will invoice you monthly for the cost of our services.

Our partners are licensed real estate agents with no official connection with us. They will have you sign an agreement with them for their services.
PAYMENT
If you are purchasing a property, the person selling the property will pay your agent’s fee. If you are selling a property, you can negotiate your fee, typically our client’s pay between 4-6%.
